Such are the first 15 fine words that await all proud parents of a brand new WordPress website. Limp, soulless, uninspiring text, screaming out from a perfectly blank blog.
And the very first thing you do… is delete them. Unless you forget and leave them there so the whole internet can revel in your ineptness. ‘Hello World!’, they say. ‘I’m here and I don’t know what I’m doing.’
In my case, this is actually true. I’m starting a blog about creativity in business and that’s about as far as I’ve got in my reasoning so far. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
Don't Think Square...
You might as well know that I’m someone who gets ready, fires, and then, usually, aims once I’ve seen vaguely where the first shot ended up. Is that a good approach? A ‘creative’ one? Only time will tell.
In the meantime, while your metaphorical back was turned, I fooled you into reading the whole of my very first post, and got the loathesome task over with into the bargain.
Now I can get on with the real business of, well, business (and beyond), and being as creative as possible therein.
